Hey everybody!
I got back safely yesterday on the plane! I didn't get a chance to post on Saturday, so I have to tell you what I did!
Saturday morning we got up and had breakfast at La Casa de Mis Recuerdas. At about 9:00 we headed out to Monte Alban with Rodney. That was so awesome! We climbed up the highest one there. Although it was hot there it wasn't humid, so when you stepped into the shade it got like 10 degrees cooler! That was nice. After Monte Alban we went back to one of the houses we visited in the village(the "pig-house") to deliver the blanket Amanda Harris gave to us to deliver. Saturday afternoon we went back to Mary Elva's(Rodney's sister's) house for lunch. We had tostadas that were about a foot in diameter! They were good. When we finished with lunch we watched The Incredibles......in spanish! But with english subtitles of course. After we were done with the movie we went with the Johnsons over to the orphanage down the street. That was sad. It wasn't very well kept up, but the kids there were so nice! Almost all of them had some kind of disability whether they were blind, deaf, or whatever. We brought them these little snack things and this giant bag of oranges. By the end of our time there the oranges and the snacks were almost gone. I know the kids enjoyed just having someone there to be with them. For example, there was one girl there that was blind and the had some music going on in the background, so I was just standing there and she took my hand and she just held my hand for the whole song. They just needed someone to really care for them. My mom did some oragami with the kids, while my dad taught them some magic tricks. The kids really enjoyed my dad, because they didn't really have a father figure at all in thier lives. Rod, Connie, Courtney and I just played with the kids, and they enjoyed that. When we were done at the orphanage we went with Mary Elva, her husband Viscente, and her kids Wendy, Kasia and Isais to Mixtacos. I'm gonna miss all of them! I'm glad to be back home, but I do miss all of them!
Sunday my brother, Alan, picked us up from the airport. We stopped by Antone's subs on the way to his house for lunch. Yum. We made our way back home, stopped by the Mobley's to pick up our dog and bird, then went to Aimee's party. After that we went to the Forrester's house for a meeting about the Africa trip. I can't wait! But first there's camp! Man, camp is going to be so much fun! Well I have to go! Hope to see you soon!

So how was the meeting at the forresters???? muahaha. I didnt get to talk to you on monday so we are sooooo going and sitting in a room in the church and talking for like 3 hours on wednesday. Cya then bye!!

Its sooo weird without you guys here now...like me and my mom are still going to spanish class and it feels so weird without you and your dad in my class....anyways I will email you when I get the chance, life is really craZy right now!!! ttyl chica! love and miss ya bye!!!
